Who We Are

 Didymus Resources is a business management and accounting firm established to meet the unique needs of emerging and established businesses and professionals.  Many of our clients are from  non-traditional industries (e.g. sports, entertainment, social media, etc.).

Our team brings vast experience working through the opportunities and  dynamic environments presented by our client base.

For each of our clients, we design and execute a financial plan to assist in achieving the goals (short- and long-term) identified in our initial consultation.

Thomas F. Lewis, Jr., PhD, CPA

 Dr. Lewis is the President of Didymus Resources LLC and has over twenty-five years’ experience in the fields of accounting and finance. Dr. Lewis served in executive roles as the Chief Financial Officer of a venture-backed mining and mineral company with operations in South Africa and Namibia; as well as, the Assistant Director of Finance/Controller for the City of Norfolk, VA. 

Prior to these roles, he worked at The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., focusing on complex equity derivative solutions for a wide range of clients and First Source Financial, Inc. monitoring the risk of a portfolio of senior debt. Dr. Lewis began his career with Ernst & Young providing assurance and advisory services for Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Lewis has a PhD in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Certified Internal Auditor.
